RICS
CEFNI has developed an exclusive partnership with the RICS relating to BCIS indices. CEFNI members can now gain access to BCIS’ data which includes UK Construction Price Index (CPI), materials and steelworks at a discounted yearly subscription fee.

BCIS provides independent cost data to help built environment professionals make informed business decisions both financially and environmentally.  Using BCIS data, you can control your project costs at pre, during and post construction phases and determine long term investment strategies based on appetite for risk.
