and developing staff between Jan 2022 to Jan 2023.

shown in developing new training methods and the time allocated to training. Judges will also be
looking for strong leadership and commitment to training, as well as evidence of an embedded culture

Please detail how you project delivered to maximize social, environmental and economic outcomes through
social value? (500 words). For guidance the judges will be looking for delivery of social value
outcomes against 4 broad themes, noted below:
A Increasing secure employment and skills.
- Detail of how you engaged with people not working within the construction industry to deliver social
value, including details of opportunities created for people who were unemployed or facing disadvantage
in the labour market.
- Evidence of how you supported people who were disadvantaged so that job opportunities, placements,
training, work experience and tasters were meaningful, and outcome/purpose focused.
- Detail how the project supported business growth, skills development, and entrepreneurship for Small

20 minute interview as well as submitting a display board, a schematic and video of the project. The
video must not exceed 15 minutes in length.
Videos must be submitted on a single DVD or pen drive at least 3 working days prior to the judging
interview. Failure to do so will result in the entry being removed from the shortlist.
Interview dates will be confirmed in due course - dates & timings will be
strictly enforced.
