This week 2024 CEF Excellence Awards host Phil Spencer shared an important message - the deadline for entries to this year’s Awards is fast approaching! The closing date is Friday 31st May.

On Wednesday, CEF Chief Executive, Mark Spence attended an Institute of Directors event where Minister for Infrastructure John O'Dowd MLA reiterated the importance of prioritised Executive investment in transport and water infrastructure.

CEF were also pleased to meet with partners in the NI Construction Group this week to consider matters of common interest for the industry and discuss activity across a range of areas. 

On Thursday, CEF visited Leo Matheson on site at an impressive social housing development near Lisburn which will deliver much needed homes in the local area.

The CEF team also enjoyed our recent visit to Farrans Construction Kilrea WwTW site, a £9m upgrade for NI Water that will future-proof and unlock significant economic and environmental improvements for the area.
